‘Someone said I was super-sensitive today,’ said the witch girl.

‘Oh yes?’ said the dishevelled little owl.
‘He said it was my super-power and you know the funny thing?’ asked the witch girl.
‘Sometimes,’ said the dishevelled little owl.
‘I didn't think he'd noticed,’ said the witch girl.
(Pause.)
‘She can feel starlight, you know,’ whispered the first little owl.
(Pause.)

‘Hear sunshine, too,’ whispered the second little owl.
‘No-one’s ever seen her arrive anywhere…’ said the third little owl.
‘Or leave,’ said the fourth little owl. ‘Have you ever seen her leave?’
